The Smith College Conference Center is taking all necessary precautions to limit the spread of COVID-19 and related variants. Precautions could include wearing face coverings, maintaining a distance of 6 feet from other individuals, appropriate sanitization of our campus spaces, possible health screenings upon arrival, and restricting the population on campus. Attendees are not to attend or participate in Programs on campus if sick or demonstrating any symptoms of COVID-19. Participants are required to follow all College policies and protocol while on campus.
In accordance with the College’s precautions, all attendees:
1. Must be fully vaccinated using the CDC definition of fully vaccinated if eligible to be vaccinated;
2. Must provide proof of vaccination if requested by the Program or Department Sponsor. Acceptable proof of vaccination will include a physical copy of the vaccination card or a digital copy of the Massachusetts vaccination card (available from Massachusetts Immunization Information System) or equivalent official state card; and
3. Must be tested for COVID-19 if requested by the Program or Department Sponsor at a cost of $25 per Attendee per test.
Participants who test positive for COVID-19 within 24 hours of the workshop may receive a full refund.
